HR expertise may also be required to support an organisation in the development of HR knowledge and practices, providing knowledge transfer to its employees.

Whilst providing this support however, it is important to punktgrün that the Interim Manager remains independent and as quickly as possible, they will transfer the HR agenda back to the organisation.
