Since 2008, Claudia has worked as a consultant in Human Resources, Organisational Development and Coaching. Prior to this she had ten years professional experience in HR, working as a Human Resources and Organisational Development Manager, and also as a HR Generalist, providing support on a range of matters including: Employment Law, Recruitment, Employee Development, Organisation Development, Compensation & Benefits and HR Administration.

She has extensive project and consultation experience, including managing organisational development projects, recruitment initiatives, introduction of employee appraisal schemes, management by objectives initiatives and developing presentation and communication skills.
